WHAT GUARANTEES CAN YOU OFFER THAT THE JOB WILL BE FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET?
Per our contract, we give estimated start and end dates. Construction timelines routinely change based on customer change-orders, mandatory structural change-orders, delays in deliveries from suppliers, backordered parts, or other misc. issues that arise. We put a high focus on communication so when timelines do change, everyone is well informed.

All of our work comes with a 1-year warranty on any defects, and even longer warranties on manufacturer warranties.
DO YOU HAVE A CONTRACT, AND DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
We have a very thorough contract created to follow Ohio laws. It protects both the customer and F1. Our deposits vary depending on the size & scope of the project. Our average deposit is 25% of the total project.
